KEYSTONE LEADERSHIP ADVISORY

You built something that matters. Now it needs the foundation to last.

Organizations reach points when the way they've been led or operated is no longer enough. Growth, transition, and change can expose gaps in leadership, decision-making, culture, and the systems that hold the organization together. At Keystone, we partner with leaders to identify what's getting in the way of organizational effectiveness, then build tailored solutions that close operating gaps across leadership, culture, and systems.

WHEN THE ORGANIZATION OUTGROWS THE WAY IT WORKS

Something isn't quite working.

Organizations rarely stop working all at once. More often, the signs appear gradually. Decisions take longer. Leaders carry too much. Roles become less clear. The culture that once happened naturally becomes harder to sustain. What worked at one stage of the organization may no longer support its size, complexity, or direction. As the organization evolves, the way it is led and how people work together must evolve with it.

WHAT HOLDS AN ORGANIZATION TOGETHER

Leadership. Culture. Systems.

Leadership shapes how decisions are made, how responsibility is carried, and how people experience the organization. Culture grows from those patterns: what gets reinforced, what gets tolerated, and how people work together.Systems make those patterns repeatable. They turn expectations into the structures, practices, and ways of working that allow an organization to perform consistently, even as people, circumstances, and demands change.

WHY KEYSTONE

Both chairs. One perspective.

Keystone Leadership Advisory was founded by Trisha Odoms, whose career has been shaped by both sides of organizational leadership: 14 years leading nonprofit organizations as CEO and Executive Director, followed by a decade as the senior-most People executive across nonprofit, professional services, and global B2B SaaS organizations. That experience brings a perspective shaped by both chairs: the executive responsible for the organization as a whole, and the People leader responsible for strengthening the leadership, culture, and systems that support it.

HOW KEYSTONE HELPS

When the organization needs to work differently.

Every organization is different, and so is the work required to strengthen it. Keystone engagements are shaped around the challenge at hand, whether a leader needs an experienced advisor, an organization needs dedicated executive leadership during a transition, or the underlying issues need to be understood before deciding what to change.

01 — ADVISORY

Experienced counsel when the decisions aren't clear.

Executive counsel for founders, CEOs, and senior leaders navigating growth, difficult transitions, leadership challenges, or decisions that don't have an obvious answer. Keystone provides an experienced outside perspective to help leaders clarify the issues, weigh options, and make thoughtful decisions about what needs to change.

02 — ORGANIZATIONAL ASSESSMENT

What's working, what's getting in the way, and what needs to change.

A focused assessment of the leadership, culture, and systems shaping how the organization operates. Keystone looks beneath the presenting issues to identify patterns, gaps, and strengths, then translates the findings into clear priorities and practical recommendations.

03 — INTERIM LEADERSHIP

Executive leadership when the organization needs someone to step in.

Interim executive leadership for organizations navigating a leadership transition, unexpected vacancy, or a period when experienced leadership is needed now. Keystone steps into CEO, Executive Director, CPO, and CHRO roles to provide stability, address immediate priorities, and strengthen the organization while permanent leadership is identified.
